Management Trainee - Sales - Building Material (0-2 yrs)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
- Support sales team in executing business strategies and achieving sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams for branding and promotional activities.
- Attend sales meetings, client presentations, and industry networking events.
- Prepare sales reports, track performance metrics, and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Key Skills & Competencies :
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
- Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility Criteria :
Education : MBA in Marketing/Sales from top B-schools batch 2023 or 2024.
Experience : Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in sales or business development.
Location Flexibility : Willing to travel or relocate as per business requirements.
