This position offered is of a Business Associate who is sequentially trained in ALL areas, viz -

1) Branding/ Advertising/ Promotions

2) Team Training & Team Development

3) Operations and Administrative Principles

4) Finance, Accounting & Budgeting

On completion of the training, the candidate is promoted as a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (BDM) to run a branch office for us with a 20 to 25 member team. We have 10 openings for our BANGALORE MAIN OFFICE operations, with an opportunity to grow and get promoted into Business Management for the more ambitious.
