Major responsibilities
- Track the preferred (HNI/Ultra HNI) client segment in the market for new acquisition through networking, data base, market intelligence and references from existing clients.
- Generate Cross Sell revenue through Financial Planning.
- To coordinate with product and research team (Centralize CFP Team) for taking investment decision for the clients and advice them on their Investments and managing their overall financial portfolio.
- End to end customer relationship management.
- Have a customer centric approach and ensure that customer is serviced well.
