Management Trainee - Marketing - Healthcare (1-3 yrs)
1. Marketing Campaigns Co-ordination : Executing in marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and brand equity.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand & product messaging is maintained across all channels.
3. Evaluate the effectiveness of influencer collaborations, ensuring alignment with brand goals and objectives.
4. Plan, coordinate, and execute photoshoots to create visually compelling content for various marketing channels.
5. Work closely with photographers, stylists, and models to ensure that all visual content aligns with Varcoleg's brand aesthetics.
6. Oversee the post-production process, ensuring that all images and videos are of the highest quality and reflective of the brand.
7. Content Creation : Execute the creation of moment marketing & engaging content on social media.
8. Work closely with the design, production, and marketing teams to ensure all branding initiatives are cohesive and aligned.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in content marketing & social media marketing.
- Demonstrated experience in planning and executing photoshoots and content production.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong sense of aesthetics and visual storytelling.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and optimize strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Nutrition, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
