Management Trainee - Marketing (1-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive user growth and retention.
- Lead and optimize performance marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, to maximize user acquisition and ROI.
- Oversee SEO/ASO initiatives to improve organic visibility and increase website traffic.
- Utilize advanced marketing automation tools and techniques to create personalized user experiences, and drive user engagement.
- Conduct in-depth analysis and derive actionable insights from user data to track KPIs related to growth and retention, and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as product, design, engineering and analytics, to align growth initiatives with the overall company vision and objectives.
- Assist in A/B testing and experimentation to refine growth strategies and improve overall user experience.
- Collaborate with the product team to provide insights and recommendations for product enhancements based on user feedback and growth objectives.
Qualifications:
- MBA from a Tier 1 institute
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets to optimize marketing strategies and drive growth.
- Proficiency in utilizing marketing automation tools, performance marketing platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebEngage, Mixpanel, AppTweak, Appsflyer, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic and innovative thinking to identify new growth opportunities and develop marketing initiatives.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
