Management Trainee/intern - Demand Generation & Inside Sales (0-1 yrs)
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 30th Oct'24 and 15th Nov'24
3. are available for duration of 4 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Bangalore and neighboring cities
5. have relevant experience in inside sales and cold calling
Selected Intern's day to day responsibilities include:
1.Support the development of content for marketing campaigns, including blog posts, social media updates, and promotional materials.
2. Assist in the planning and execution of demand generation campaigns across various channels (email, social media, paid media).
3. Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Additional candidate preferences :
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
(Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.)
2. Strong academic record and demonstrated leadership potential.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
4. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
6. Adaptability and willingness to learn new concepts and skills.
7. Strong organizational and time management skills.
Stipend offered - Rs 15,000- Rs 20,000
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 400000 to 500000 /year
