Management Trainee - Business Development - Hotel (0-2 yrs)
Requirements:
- Candidates pursuing Master's Degree, MBA preferable (2021-22 Passouts)
- Excellent communication skills

- The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers
Job Responsibilities :
- Work on B2B sales campaigns
- Create outbound lead generation campaigns (LinkedIn and other portals)
- Follow TAT for inbound leads for one or more product lines
-Interact with leads (audio and video calls/ messages/ emails), do product/ service pitching and eventually take them to the payment link/page
- Follow the complete BD process with utmost transparency
- Update live status of every lead
- Achieve routine targets
- Other internal sales processes to follow
Type of Employment: Remote Work with a contract of 6 months
Joining Date: 21 September 2020 /26 September 2020
Compensation Structure:
We will have the following compensation structure for the period of engagement:
- There will be a fixed component of Rs. 5000 + 5% variable pay
- The MT should easily be able to do Rs 3,00,000 of revenue per month to start with post completion of rigorous 15 days of training
- There is a dedicated training in the initial phases of employment
