Role Description

- We are seeking highly motivated and ambitious Management Interns to join our team. This internship roles are for Noida location with the flexibility for some work from home.

- The position offers unique opportunity to work closely with the Founders and gain hands-on experience in multiple facets of business operations, including product management, digital marketing, product research, market study and general administration.

- This is an ideal role for MBA students who have completed 1st Year, eager to learn and contribute to a fast-paced and innovative IT startup.

Experience: Freshers or students in their final semester of MBA

Location: Noida (Hybrid Working)

Duration: 3 months (This is an unpaid internship; however, it offers a valuable learning experience and an opportunity to work closely with industry experts and founders)

Qualifications

1. Students pursuing MBA and seeking internship.

2. Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills

3. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills

4. Ability to work independently and in a team

5. Knowledge of IT Strategy and Business Alignment

6. Basic Understanding of AI, Product research, Cloud Computing and Data Analytics

Job Responsibilities

Strategic Insights : Conduct market research and competitive analysis to provide actionable insights that contribute to strategic decision-making.

Marketing Assistance : Support marketing initiatives by coordinating campaigns, analysing market trends, and preparing reports. Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies.

Content Creation : Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and informative marketing materials, including blog posts, social media content, and promotional materials.

General Administration : Handle routine administrative tasks, including organizing meetings, preparing documentation, and liaising with internal teams.
