Mamaearth - Senior Manager - Sales Strategy (3-7 yrs)
Responsibilities:
We're looking for someone who can :
1. Be a part of revenue channel& it will involve working with across all the channels (D2C, Ecommerce, Online sales & offline sales)
2. Bridge between marketing, NPD & revenue to drive Go-to-Market strategies, new product development & overall channel growth
3. Understand E-commerce platforms thoroughly - Flipkart/Amazon/Brands
4. Analyse data, monitor & report on KPIs to the leadership to provide insights & recommendations to optimize performance
5. Drive cross-functional projects such as charters to drive overall brand growth.
6. Be vitally involved in assortment and pricing strategies
7. Develop a thorough understanding of the brand across various channels X categories through deep data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and create strategies to drive brand/category growth.
Required Qualifications:
1. Educational qualification - MBA preferred, graduation mandatory
2. 3+ years of relevant work experience
3. Knowledge of skincare/personal care /FMCG category
