Responsibilities :
1. Overall Sales ownership - Maintaining and increasing sales of General Trade business across Bangalore.
2. Drive portfolio sales and coverage across relevant channels such as department stores, chemist outlets, beauty stores and baby stores
3. Take responsibility for managing entire sales pipeline - Primary, secondary and tertiary
4. Responsible for driving sales, visibility and other activation across manned outlets (Beauty Advisor Outlets) and deliver disproportionate growth
5. Leading, Recruiting and training sales staff.
6. Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
7. Compiling and analysing sales figures
8. Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
9. Keeping up to date with products and competitors
Relevant Experience :
1. Past experience in General Trade sales in Bangalore.
2. Team management experience is a must.
3. Past experience in handling beauty, hair and skin categories is must.
