MakeMyTrip - Manager/Executive/Senior Executive - Business Development (3-6 yrs)
CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB (What is the reason this job exists?)
To drive new selection of properties in new territories or increase selection in existing supply cities - directly contributing to the topline for booking-ready properties listed and live on Go-MMT
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY (AOR)
Identify, contract and onboard new properties
- Create pipeline for leads and aggressive follow-up to drive monthly contracting targets
- Extensive travelling - at least 8-10 days a month
- Knowledge of regional geography followed by diligent on-ground planning
- Thorough understanding of process and criteria to onboard
- Hawk-eye approach on tracking competition and their selection of properties
- Candidate must have excellent time-management skills, be accountable for his role and be able to drive his KRAs with less supervision
- Self-motivated direct sales professionals with B2C rigour
- Regional language is must (Tamil)
