- Handling and converting organic leads and push for activation
- Cold calling on provided data and identify potential clients
- Managing Response TAT and SLA of assigned leads
- Achieving minimum conversion and activation targets
Skills Required:
- Desired prior experience in Upselling / Sales
- Should have worked under Target environment before
- Would be required to make minimum 150 calls daily to customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable in fast-paced environment
- Drive for self-learning and knowledge enhancement
