Role Summary :
Business development & revenue generation for holiday business through Retail, close groups & Associations. The incumbent will be responsible for achieving individual revenue targets, customer relationship management which includes filed visits to connect with customer and to explore business potential.
Key Responsibilities :
1) Driving B2C sales of International & domestic holiday packages
2) Designing itineraries, vacation packages, costing and hotel booking
3) Fostering existing relationships and developing new ones
4) Monitoring competitors activities and collecting data
5) Error free updation of the bookings made on Navision/CRM.
6) Know how & experience of Amadeus.
7) Error free handover of the sales files to the post sales teams.
Relevant Experience :
1. World Geographical Knowledge is preferred
2. Working Knowledge of excel
3. Understanding of destinations, suppliers & hotels.
4. Internal/external customer handling skills, itinerary making & costing, selling of packages.
5. Should be highly sales oriented
Personality :
1. Team player
2. Comfortable working in a cross-functional team.
3. Enthusiastic with good communication skills.
4. High on energy
