Designation : Deputy Manager
Reporting to : Associate Director
What will you be doing :
- Responsible for identification and improvement of customer sentiments from Negative to Positive over various social media platforms
- Drive and manage the ratings and reviews on Play store
- Developing and publishing positive stories regularly across all social channels
- Provide daily, weekly, and quarterly analysis to the senior management
- Handle customer responses creatively on social media platforms facilitate to implement ideas that increase customer engagement responses.
- Be the eyes & ear of the brand and lookout for everything that can have impact on our brand
- Liaise with all internal teams for quick closure of issues
What are you required to bring to the team :
- Have a good understanding of search engine behavior : Google search, YouTube, Play store, social media channels, forums, blogs, ratings and reviews, etc.
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Possess strong social listening and social media management background
- Proven experience in managing the brand's reputation across all online platforms
- Past experience working with social media tools
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders/ agencies/ vendors
- Experience working on multiple projects and managing timelines
Qualification & Experience :
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Proven experience of managing and successfully closing projects
