Content Moderator/Writer
We are looking for a curator who will be moderating quality of our user generated content, editing or rejecting any content deemed objectionable, unlawful or otherwise unacceptable in accordance with the moderation guidelines. You will also be required to call our customers in order to take reviews from them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with a team of moderators on user-generated content to ensure comments and photos that will get published on our website agree to our content guidelines.
- QC- ing content and images to improve accuracy, quality and impact.
- Edit and approve reviews, check for original content, touch base with the customers for more informative and insightful reviews.
- Work with the content & product teams to implement new content initiatives.
- Writing, editing and seeding of content around travel.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- Minimum 1 year experience in content writing/editing
- Graduate/Post Graduate in English, Journalism, Mass Communication
- Good in MS Excel
- Good typing skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Good team player
- Ability to multi task and adapt to change
- Confident, self-motivated and versatile with a proactive and highly organized approach to work
