Experience - 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales/business development/Key Accounts, Merchant/Vendor

acquisitions.

Role Overview:

The role will be a part of Ground Supply team which works across MakeMyTrip and Ibibo. The incumbent will be responsible for acquiring new cab aggregators on our platform as well as maintaining relations with the key accounts in the assigned market.

Role & Responsibilities :

1. On boarding new cab suppliers & individual cab owners as per target and market area, margins and best available market prices.

2. Business development for the region to build short-term and long-term supply for the region in conjunction with the Company objectives.

3. Training Sellers (cab partners) on Seller panel & pro app (seller platform) to drive network effect.

4. To negotiate and get the best commercial deal with Sellers.

5. Maintaining service TATs & regular follow up with suppliers & cab owners.

6. Working extensively with back-end team to ensure rate parity across partners & optimum inventory with respect to competition.

7. To work closely with all partners in all possible ways to engage driver partners continuously.

8. To analyze pricing of the region with competitors and ensure we build a competitive supply price in market

9. Regular MIS needs to be sent to operators on key KPI's for Business improvement and transparency.

10. Ensure smooth operations with all cross functional teams for day to day activities.

Preferred Candidates :

1. Good communication skills - verbal/written/presentation skills.

2. Team player, self-motivated, process oriented & result driven.

3. High on energy, coupled with a great attitude.

4. Innovative with decent analytic bent of mind & high energy.

5. Experience of Merchant/Vendor on boarding.

6. Willing to travel extensively within and outside their geography.

7. Proven Sales record.
