Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients, and expanding our presence in the market. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of Salesforce solutions and a proven track record in sales and business development.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market segments to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, key decision-makers, and Salesforce stakeholders to understand their business needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies and campaigns to generate leads and promote our Salesforce solutions and services.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for business expansion.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase our Salesforce offerings and value proposition.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure smooth handover of projects and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce products, updates, and industry trends to provide informed insights and recommendations to clients.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce products, services, and platform capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop actionable plans.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
