Profile: Inside Sales Executive
You are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely. You are also responsible for solving queries in regards to the product/service provided by the company. In addition to this, you should collect desired information from the clients and maintain healthy relations with them.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering calls and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers.
- Obtaining customer information and relevant data
- Asking questions to the customer & understanding their specifications.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the products & services
- Taking & processing product orders in a professional manner
- Suggesting solutions based on customer's needs and requirements
- Should be able to take timely follow ups with prospects
- Patience & ability to engage customers in conversations
- Cold Calling, Data Collection, Lead Generation, Outbound Calling, etc.
Desired Profile:
- Any Graduate with minimum 6 months work experience in Telesales/Inside Sales profile.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills
- Outbound calling
- Ability to switch your communication style on a whim
- Good interpersonal and problem solving skills
