Job Role: Outbound/Business Development Associate

About the function :

- As a Outbound/ Business Development Associate your key objective is growing the coverage and quality of MakeMyTrip & GoIbibo hotel supply network. You will take care of a large portfolio of emerging hotel partners and assist in partnership related functions at scale.

In this role, you will get to :

- Contact high growth hotel partners to highlight room night & revenue growth opportunities and maximize sales

- Contact new or potential hotel partners to encourage completion of their online listing

- Encourage program participation through focused project sprints

- Communicate efficiently with partners through various communication methods including phone, email, messaging and webinars

- Train and inform partners on our technologies, tools, extranet and models

- Familiarize hotel partners about different channels of sale and how to maximize their sales through them

- Prioritize daily tasks, monitor results and track progress in internal systems

What you will need to succeed :

- Minimum 2 years' experience working in business development or execution role preferred although fresh graduates are welcome to apply

- Demonstrates basic computer skills

- Analytical and proven track record in using data to drive achievements and make decisions

- Intellectual curiosity

- Autonomous and result driven history of achieving ambitious targets

- Ability to work under pressure in a competitive industry/rapidly changing environment

Skills :

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, is able to have minimum of 30 meaningful conversations with partners per day

- Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment and is open to change in responsibilities, workflows, as needed by the business

- You should have growth mindset and willing to stretch beyond comfort zone.

- Enjoys long conversations and frugal in building your operational pitch.

- High on ownership
