Job Responsibilities :

1. Identify the potential markets, industries and organisations that may require training courses. Actively seek out generating leads through various channels like- online queries, networking and industry events. Counsel the candidates/organizations about our courses and training programs through calls, online and on visit.

2. Actively seek out generating leads through various channels like- online queries, networking and industry events.

3. Counsel the candidates/organizations about our courses and training programs through calls, online and on visit.

4. Contact potential clients providing complete information about our training program and their queries.

5. Meet with potential clients and organizations and listen to their requirements and concerns.

6. Conduct proper presentations and demonstration to showcase our training programs and training methods, duration, course fees, etc.

7. Negotiate terms and pricing to ensure a mutual beneficial arrangement for both the candidate and our organization.

8. Communicate and coordinate with the clients, organizations and candidates for our training processes and services.

9. Maintain the proper tracker of sales activities, reports-weekly/monthly basis and forecast future sales trends.

10. Visit the clients, organizations for new businesses and training programs and counsel them about our training programs and services.

11. Stay updated with industry advancements in our training techniques to serve better facilities to our clients.

12. Provide feedback to the institutes regarding client preferences, market demands and potential areas of improvement.

13. Meet our exceeding sales targets and objectives by our organization.
