- Good understanding of the market and processes in the life cycle of sales.
- New client generation through mailing, meeting, calling and have assisted them for needed documents.
- Designing and implementing of sales strategies for targeted revenue.
- Ensure clients are satisfied with all touch point of the company.
- Following up the sales proposals and deliver monthly precise and up to date sales reports.
- Generate leads through referrals, cold calling and other marketing/local activities. & to support the manager, and other colleagues.
- Take leads for site visits of projects, answering all relevant queries in the process.
- Enhance Product knowledge for better deliverable
- Complete sales targets time to time.
- To acquire new corporate clients in the specified region / market.
- Convert leads to sales by show casing appropriate Land.
