Maitreya Capital - Manager - Sales (1-7 yrs)
Title: Sales Manager-Loan
Location: Wadala.
Role :
- To be responsible for the overall sales of the branch.
- To ensure compliance with the Company's credit policies.
- Monitor the performance of the sales team.
- To ensure proper documentation as per the Company's policies.
- To handle HR activities related to the sales team including hiring, performance appraisal, etc.
- To handle customer complaints.
- Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly MIS update to the Head Office.
Educational qualification :
- Graduate with working knowledge of English language.
