Job description :
- We are looking for the role of Business Development Executive with 2 to 4 years of minimum experience to expand and develop Maison D- Auraine's market across various geographies. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that the market is fully operational on time. You will evaluate brand creation opportunities and identify for improved development or acquisition that will increase revenue. You will evaluate and monitor contract compliance with terms and conditions to ensure the company's quality market.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
- Ensure effective communication with relevant stakeholders about organizational updates (Products, Process, Policy, etc.)
Overall Experience :
- Field experience and open to the market visit.
- Must be a critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Extensive management-level strategic planning experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- IT skills, including the use of spreadsheet.
- Teamworking skills and a collaborative approach to work.
Primary/ Must Have Skilled :
- A master's degree in business administration is preferred.
- Worked with emerging technologies such as AI/ML, computer vision, and others, and demonstrated a high level of understanding of the aforementioned technologies.
- Management and business development experience in an innovative environment.
- The candidate should be positive, outgoing, outreach and should be motivated towards their job.
- Should take the initiative to explore new development opportunities, and should be comfortable in collaborating with a wide range of internal and external partners.
