Job role:
- Source new Clients for the Permanent Hiring business by using various Social Media Tools, Business Networking Sites and HR forums and generate leads for Business Development.
- Research over the internet about the potential company's who are hiring and its key decision makers and to stay updated about their immediate requirements related to the ongoing or upcoming projects.
- Get contact information and interact with HR via Cold calling / email / Networking and generating of new leads for the company and continuous interaction with existing Clients
- Interacting with New& existing Clients and getting requirements from them.
- Negotiating with the clients on the Service charge and reaching to a mutually accepted figure. Understanding the Clients hiring needs and their organizational goals.
- Make Business Proposals, Recruitment Agreement, Business Letters & various other documents required by client.
- Tracking & raising Invoices and ensuring regular payment follow ups with the clients for the selected hires.
- Prioritize work and review it with team members recruiters who are working on those mandates.
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Business Development Manager Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, andhandle uncertainty.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
