Mainetti - Territory Sales Executive (0-5 yrs)
- Responsible for Secondary sales & Primary Sales in his assigned area
- Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance
- Identify opportunity & build business
- Knowledge of territory of operation & updating of retailers list on a regular basis
- Achieve monthly / quarterly / annual targets for the area of operation in terms of channels and distributors through regular market work and penetration
- Mapping of potential market, ensure product availability at all relevant channels
- Keeping up-to-date with market trend and competition
- Closely liaising with marketing team for campaigns
- Develop strong business relationship with distributors and trade
- Review sales periodically
- Accurate and timely reports on market intelligence : Competitor Activity, price changes and promotional support
- Ensure Market Hygiene
- Willing to Travel
