MAIA Estates - Assistant - Marketing (2-3 yrs)
Role Objective :
- The job holder supports the marketing team on all marketing led projects/campaigns directed at maximizing company profits.
Key Responsibilities :
- Market Research on new projects/ opportunities and translating them into useful information for the team.
- Marketing Analysis - data crunching on the sales and marketing.
- Assistance in on-site activation of ATL, BTL, events
- Assistance in digital promotions/campaigns on different platforms (web & mobile) for SEO/ SEM, SMM
- Desk research, exploring new opportunities for PR and CSR campaigns and ensuring its execution
- Assistance in implementation and execution of campaigns by coordinating with agencies and internal teams.
- Taking lead on projects allotted directly to the candidate.
- Following up with agencies/vendors for various Marketing activities.
- Support leadership team, and publish progress of marketing activities
Key Relationships: (External and Internal)
- External - Marketing and Design Agencies
- Internal - Senior Marketing Manager, Marketing Executive
Threshold Qualification :
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Marketing or related field
- Candidates with international studies/work experience are preferred.
