Mahindra Holidays - Territory Manager - Sales (3-7 yrs)

Type of Employment: Mahindra Holiday's payroll
Working Days: Saturday and Sundays compulsory working can take a week off between Monday to Friday any one day.
Salary Compensation: 6 lacs - 7.5 lacs + Incentives
Profile onuses:
- Cultivating and handling 5-6 Sales Executives directly doing the front line sales.
- Planning and executing the sales targets.
- Ensuring the sales closures along with the sales executives
- Effective delivery of the sales presentations at the prospects at his location if required
- Handling the direct meetings, exhibition sales, web leads etc
- Capable to handle the customer issues/ escalations effectively
- Good in the B2C sale
Job Specification:
- 7-8 yrs of total experience of which team handling experience of 4 years is a must. Must be target oriented male from background of BFSI, NBFC, Insurance, and Timeshare experience will be highly preferable an must have great contacts in the market. Experience in direct sales is mandatory.
- Excellent in Leadership Qualities
- Candidates worked into membership/ policy kind of sales will be preferable.
- Candidate with English proficiency will be highly preferable.
- Must have potentials to turn prospect into customer
- Must be good in interpersonal relations
- Flexible to travel across state on average at moderate frequency if required
- Pleasant personality & excellent in communication skills
- Sound knowledge about the local Market and timeshare
- Should be highly enthusiastic, diligent and excellent to work for long tenure.
- Have strong Decision making and presentation abilities.
