Mahindra Comviva - Business Development Role (6-9 yrs)
Objective of the role
Drive the Business Development, Product Marketing and Sales Support/Pre-sales activities for Comviva ensuring rapid growth in revenue by building strategic partnership/relationship with the customers & regional teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Needs to drive business development initiatives for the all product lines within the portfolio
- Scan the market place for relevant opportunities for the product lines
- Market Planning and Lead Generation
- Solution selling and Customer Engagement
- Build strategic partnerships with organizations for a deeper penetration across geographies
- Regular Governance with Key Customers
- Provide complete Solution by gathering customer requirement with assistance of various market unit representatives
- Work with Regional sales team to maintain a healthy pipeline for product portfolio.
- Ability to articulate and brand the product value-proposition
- Provide competitive positioning, pricing / commercial proposals for customer engagements, ensuring deal profitability.
- Consulting and Business Operations for Key customers.
- Periodic Engagement with Product Management and R&D Teams to influence product innovation and Roadmap
Skills:
Functional:
- Experience in driving business development.
- Experience in preparation of responses for RFP/RFI/RFQ.
- Business case preparation and business planning.
- Ability to articulate the product value-proposition
- Solution selling and customer Engagement Experience is a must
- CVM knowledge in telecom or banking domain a must
Behavioral:
- Self-motivated result-oriented individual.

- Effective internal and external relationships building skills.
- Experience with international customers and markets is essential
