GM will be responsible and accountable for the overall smooth execution of project and Business development of the company.
- He will guide, direct and lead the Team.
- Planning & Implementation of Strategies for completion of Project within Time, Budget & with Quality & earning minimum 15% Profit for the company including Preparation & Implementation of Delegation Policy.
- Contribute and coordinate towards strategic marketing, sales and public relations activities
- Deliver quality and style for clients whilst maximizing revenue and profit, alongside effective management of project budgets
- Develop business plans and project tenders where necessary
- Manage and effectively report P&L accounts and operating budgets for the company
- Drawing up and finalizing contracts with clients
- Providing client advice and technical support where necessary during the duration of the project or contract whilst monitoring any submittals or variation requests
