1. Develop relationships with the Contractors, dealers, MEP Consultants community to create a specification of Magneto products and to increase the reach of Magneto Products

2. Introducing the company to potential clients through direct communication via telephone/ meeting and emails.

3. Generation of New Enquiries & New Customers.

4. Develop and maintain relationships with key industry contacts in Corporate houses.

5. Provide on-going technical expertise, guidance, and education to Influencers & Sub-ordinates.

6. Provide training to the team to expertise in their respective work.

7. Develop sales strategies and techniques based on customer comments and market Conditions.

8. Complete monthly directives based on management instructions and achieve measurable goals.

9. Tracking Enquiries & their status.

10. Team Management.

11. Achieving the sales target through team management and self.

12. Assigning the works to the sub-ordinates.

13. Setting Individual Sales target and keeping a check on its completion.

14. Negotiating the deals in order to bring it to the final closure.
