Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build relationships and connections with HVAC consultants.
- Introducing the company to potential clients through direct communication via telephone/ meeting and emails.
- Technical understanding of electrical/mechanical supply in the building construction industry.
- Generation of New Enquiries & New Customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key industry contacts.
- Provide on-going technical expertise, guidance, and education to Influencers & Subordinates.
- Provide training to the team to expertise in their respective work.
- Develop a sales plan with customer comments and market conditions.
- Complete monthly directives based on management instructions and achieve measurable goals.
- Tracking Enquiries & their status.
- Achieving the tender specification targets.
- Setting Individual Sales targets and mapping the market and competitors.
- Negotiating the jobs in order to bring it to the final closure.
Required Key Skills :
- Must have links with HVAC consultants.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Sound knowledge of the HVAC or air purification industry.
- Good Relations with Consultants, Contractors, Architects, Key Influencers, FMC, PMC, etc.
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving ability with a customer focus.
- Must have experience in B2B Sales, and B2C Sales in corporations.
- Operational business acumen, negotiation, conflict resolution, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Education:
