Magneto CleanTech - Business Development Role (0-3 yrs)
- Develop relationships with the architectural and design community to create specification of Magneto products and to increase the reach of Magneto Products
- Introducing the company to potential clients through direct communication via telephone/ meeting and emails.
- Generation of New Enquiries & New Customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key industry contacts in Corporate houses.
- Provide on-going technical expertise, guidance and education to Influencers & Sub-ordinates.
- Provide training to the team to expertise in their respective work.
- Develop sales strategies and techniques based on customer comments and market conditions.
- Complete monthly directives based on management instructions and achieve measurable goals.
- Tracking Enquiries & their status.
- Team Management.
- Achieving the sales target through team management and self.
- Assigning the works to the sub-ordinates.
- Setting Individual Sales target and keeping a check on its completion.
- Negotiating the deals in order to bring it to the final closure.
