Qualifications :
1. Leading a team of 10 to 25 BDs on various deliverables around revenue and Account Management:
2. Daily performance review of the team using dashboards and other frameworks
3. Hitting the field and problem solving at Merchant/Locality Level
4. Deliver on Merchant Acquisition/Upsell/Churn Management
5. Collaborating with Central Leadership across functions so as to continuously improve on Sales Frameworks/Philosophy and Merchant Experience
6. Inculcate and drive a culture of holistic growth of (A) the team through continuous learning, training and leading by example (B) Growing the business of the Merchants through effective use of data around historic performance, competitive overview
