Key Responsibilities :
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Accountable for the revenue targets from the assigned leads.
2. Ensure that the Business development executive meets the daily/ monthly targets.
3. To identify potential customers, create and close new business opportunities in line with the strategic direction of the company.
4. Hold regular team meetings with direct reports to review previous day/week/month program performance and provide guidance regarding future performance in order to continuously improve results.
5. Assist in the recruitment process by interviewing potential hires and outlining clear job expectations.
Prerequisites :
1. Graduate / MBA with 7 to 15 years of Sales Experience.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power point.
4. Should be able to work in a pressure situation.
5. Innovative and capable of out-of-the-box thinking
6. Good Understanding of Quality metrics and process improvements.
7. Result oriented.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills.
