B. Role Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated, organized, and proactive client services associate to join our fast-paced Account Management team. Here you will play a vital role in assisting our clients with their ROI driven marketing needs and ensuring they are well tended to and fully satisfied with our services. Must have exemplary customer service skills and an unmatched work ethic.
C. Responsibilities :
- Work directly with clients to effectively manage their needs and preferences
- Obtain and process all client information and transactions
- Answer client questions or concerns in a timely, informative, and professional manner
- Seek assistance and report major problems to upper management
- Create new accounts and maintain client portfolios
- Compile and update necessary documents, contracts, etc.
- Prepare and submit performance report to clients in defined frequency.
- Ensure compliance with necessary specifications and regulations
- Develop and foster growth within existing clientele
- Frequently check-in with clients to confirm their satisfaction of services provided
- Inform clients of any new available services or updates to existing ones
- Assist with and contribute to marketing and advertising initiatives
- Exhibit expert knowledge regarding the products and services offered
- Work according to set standards and operating procedures
D. Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field
- 1+ years- experience as a client services associate
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Highly detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Advanced Analytical Skills and Problem Solving ability
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Self Starter, Thrives in a fast paced environment
- Deadline driven
