Roles And Responsibilities:
- Content
1. Forecast and identify fashion trends in India and globally
2. Own a calendar of fashion content for both internal and external stakeholders
3. Create content around key fashion trends (blogs, videos, etc.)
4. Drive discovery of fashion on magicpin (ex. number of trend hashtags posts created/liked/shared)
5. Monitor and improve the quality of fashion content on the app (ex. posts with 50 likes,posts created with correct parameters)
6. Ideate and implement new content formats
- User acquisition & engagement
1. Ideate Offline/Online customer acquisition strategies for the fashion category
2. Conceptualizing and executing campaigns on the app to drive user engagement with the fashion category
3. Working with design team on design of banners, notifications, and any other inventory related to fashion
4. Undertaking customer segmentation to identify user behavior and preferences
5. Creating relevant user communication (blogs, posts, notifications etc.) around trends/events in the fashion landscape
Knowledge And Skills:
1. Is passionate about/has a know-how of fashion, branding and marketing
2. Has excellent verbal and written communication skills-
3. Stays on top of social media trends
4. Has the ability to identify and maintain professional relationships with influencers
5. Has the ability to work towards goals and deadlines in a fast paced work environment
6. Degree from a reputed fashion institute like NIFT/JD Institute of Fashion, etc.
7. Background in digital/social media marketing
