Magicpin - Assistant Manager/Manager - Brand Sales (4-8 yrs)
ABOUT THE ORGANISATION :
magicpin is the largest platform driving discovery and commerce for offline retail in India - $1 Billion annual GMV and grown 6x in the last 12 months. magicpin uses engagement, user generated content and rewards to drive commerce to offline retail. The platform delivers business to 200K+ unique offline stores every month ranging from standalone stores to chains including Lifestyle, Westside, Shoppers Stop, Levis, Wrangler, Croma, McDonald's, CCD, KFC, Croma, FabIndia, Taco Bell as well as manufacturing brands like Pepsi, Diageo, Godrej, and ITC.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. New Business Development - Ad sales and Brand solutions
2. Spread awareness about magicpin's platform among CXOs, CMO, Sr. Leadership of various brands, build strong relationship and pitch magicpin's value proposition as a key avenue for revenue generation
3. Understand client priorities, propose relevant solutions
4. Achieve assigned sales targets
5. Develop preferred partnerships with Clients, identify opportunities and take initiatives to grow business
6. Brainstorm creative strategies for accounts, and execute on those strategies in conjunction with other team members and the sales team
7. Comprehend and analyze key success parameters for clients- campaigns and undertake complete client management
8. Generate insightful campaign reports through research and analysis highlighting key performance metrics to keep clients engaged
9. Build & maintain ongoing relationships with clients along with ensuring timely collections from those accounts
10. Generate sales leads and prospects across national brands in Fashion, Alcohol, F&B verticals
QUALIFICATION :
1. Minimum Qualification: MBA/ PG
2. Should have minimum 4 - 5 years of relevant sales experience in E-commerce industry; B2B selling experience will be a plus
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS :
1. Strong Understanding about E-Comm, Digital Advertising industry
2. Strong direct sales skills, ability to develop and close new clients - Hunter Mindset
3. Ability to map org structure and build consensus within target client's organization
4. Presentation and strong communication skills
5. Strong numerical ability skills related to sales targets and revenue calculations
