1. Very good understanding of RE market dynamics and nuances for North, South and West India
2. Proven track record of working / onboarding large number of RE Agents
3. Connect in Cat A developers is positive, but is certainly expected to have inroads in Cat B developers
4. Quick learner. Understanding of HL Industry and connects with stakeholders in Builder CRM teams is a huge plus
5. Strategic thinker. Can dissect the industry into sub-segments and have a segment specific GTM
6. Have lead 0-10 journey of any Line of business and enjoys working in chaos
