- Employee Management : Handle employees with less than 30 days of tenure, guiding them in booking appointments for site visits.

- Training - Ensuring CRM and pitch training

- Scheduling and Site Visits : Ensure agents are effectively scheduling and securing site visits for potential buyers.

- Quality Assurance : Maintain high standards of quality in all interactions and processes.

- Follow-ups : Ensure rigorous follow-up with clients and leads to drive engagement and conversion.

- Floor Hygiene : Maintain basic floor hygiene and adherence to protocols.

- Training and Development : Train employees at both individual and team levels to enhance performance and efficiency.

- Snooping and Feedback : Conduct snooping activities, provide documented feedback, and track improvements.

- Confirmation Calls : Take confirmation calls for site visits to ensure attendance and drive numbers.

- Motivation : Motivate agents to achieve targets and maintain high morale.

Competencies Required :

- Experience in Telesales : Prior experience in a telesales environment, preferably in real estate or related fields.

- Strong Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills for training and client interaction.

- Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple agents and maintain detailed records.

- Analytical Skills : Monitor and assess agent performance, providing actionable insights.

- Adaptability : Quick to adapt to new processes and changes in the work environment.

- Leadership : Capable of leading and motivating a team of 8-10 agents.

- Google Sheets & Google Docs : Proficiency in using Google Sheets and Google Docs for documentation, reporting, and data management.
