Magicbricks - Telecalling/Telesales Role (0-1 yrs)
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Ensuring the assigned profiles of the owner's is always up to date and regular follow ups are done
- Assisting owners on calls with their queries related to the services
- Building connects with the owners to ensure they are always informed about their package and consideration.
- Go an - extra mile- to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of sales and note useful information. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Meet the revenue targets for monthly sales
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Ensuring excellent call quality is delivered with enhanced customer experience.
- Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times
- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation Skills Required
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills-English
- Sales experience (preferred - insurance, banking, wealth management sector)
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Flexible in nature with an attitude to go an extra mile to achieve the targets - A good team player
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Good geographical knowledge of India. (preferred)
