Magicbricks - Team Leader - Sales (1-4 yrs)
Magicbricks is seeking an experienced and proactive Team Leader for our Site Visit Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team to ensure the smooth operation of site visits for prospective property buyers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team leadership from industries such as edtech, real estate, BPO, hospitality, or car resale, with excellent communication skills in English and Kannada.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of site visit coordinators to achieve department goals and objectives.
- Plan, organize, and oversee the daily operations of the site visit department to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance their performance and achieve their full potential.
- Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and conducting performance evaluations.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the site visit process.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on team performance, customer feedback, and site visit metrics.
- Implement and maintain best practices and standard operating procedures for the department.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to continually improve department operations.
Eligibility/Requirements :
- Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges.
- Experience : Minimum of 4 years in a team leading role in industries such as edtech, real estate, BPO, hospitality, or car resale. (Sales is Mandatory but Real estate is not mandatory)
- Language Proficiency : Fluency in English and Kannada.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Working Hours: Comfortable with working 6 days a week with rotational week offs.
Compensation : Monthly CTC : 60,000/-
