Magicbricks - Relationship Manager - Interior Sales (1-7 yrs)
Role and Responsibilities :
1. Lead and manage a team of 6-8 sales professionals, fostering a positive and high-performance culture. Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and achieve individual and team targets.
2. Demonstrate a successful history of managing sales teams, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
3. Utilize your extensive experience in closing deals to ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds sales targets. Personally handle key accounts and complex sales negotiations to drive successful closures.
4. Showcase strong negotiation skills, both with clients and internal stakeholders. Work closely with clients, understanding their needs, and negotiating terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
