Magicbricks - Property Advisor/Sales Professional (1-7 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Convert Leads/Prospects to closed sales. Provide close, personal client attention and tenacious follow up to ensure best service.
- Provide sales services to clients interested in buying real estate properties based on their requirement.
- Meet assigned sales target by acquiring new customer business and renewing and growing existing relationships.
- Provide pre-sales and post sales services to clients.
- Upsell new real estate investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationship with the clients to ensure recurring business.
- Explore business potential, opportunities and clients to secure profitable business volumes.
- Liaise between clients and builders for up to date status of service, pricing and new project launches.
Requirement:
- Must be a Graduate.
- Minimum of 1 year Real Estate Sales Experience with stellar track record in
- Receive inbound calls from client who inquire about new residential projects.
- Make outbound calls to client to follow up on earlier inquiries that customers made.
- Document CRM with the necessary details, set reminders to follow up on leads.
- Attend daily/weekly review meetings.
- Read about market trends, events, project updates, etc and share these updates with clients via email/whatsapp.
- Communicate via email/whatsapp with clients to send them info/updates about various builder projects i.e. price changes, inventory updates, new launches, etc.
