Job Responsibilities :
- Identify, approach, and sign up real estate brokers to become part of the Home Loans CPprogram.
- Execute a robust onboarding process, guiding brokers through program benefits and usage.
- Foster strong relationships with Channel Partners, ensuring seamless coordination in leadtransfer.
- Regularly engage with brokers to maintain their active involvement in the program.
- Coordinating with our partner Banks for the disbursement of loans.
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of 80-100 brokers on a day-to-day basis.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of Sales experience
- Graduate.
- Multilingual skills.
