Magicbricks - Channel Manager - Sales - Home Loan Segment (2-5 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Home Loan Channel Manager to lead and enhance our home loan distribution channels. This role is pivotal in developing and managing relationships with channel partners, optimizing the sales process, and driving growth in the home loan segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mortgage products and channel management, coupled with excellent interpersonal skills and strategic acumen.
Job Responsibilities :
- Identify, approach, and sign up real estate brokers to become part of the Home Loans CP program.
- Execute a robust onboarding process, guiding brokers through program benefits and usage.
- Foster strong relationships with Channel Partners, ensuring seamless coordination in lead transfer.
- Regularly engage with brokers to maintain their active involvement in the program.
- Coordinating with our partner Banks for the disbursement of loans.
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of 80-100 brokers on a day-to-day basis.
