Magic India Hitech Projects - Telecaller (1-3 yrs)
- Keeping oneself updated about the recent upgrades and projects of the company
- Contacting existing clients as well as prospective clients using scripts (Pitch lines)
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their real estate requirement.
- Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program
- Answer potential clients- questions about the projects or goals
- Generate between 1 to 5 sales leads per day
- Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates- schedules
- Train other telemarketers when required
- Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff
- Refer customer complaints to supervisor for quality control
- Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times
