Magic Crate - Executive - Inside Sales (1-8 yrs)
Job Specific Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist customers in evaluating the purchase of Magic Crate, provide product details, explain pricing, handle negotiations & close sale
- Assist customers looking for help on their prior purchase with a shipment of the box, return issues, missing parts etc.,
- Renew customers looking to buy a new subscription once their previous subscription expires
- Constant follow up with customers requesting for a callback & ensure prompt replies
- Strong drive to deliver monthly sales targets
- Consistent performance month on month on sales numbers
- Ability to perform under pressure
Experience
- 1-8 Years experience in Sales (B2C or B2B Sales or Lead Generation or Online Sales or Pre Sales)
- Strong communication, attitude, drive to perform
- We expect candidates to have the ability to have pleasant conversations with customers in English & Hindi (added advantage), Computer skills, good written English & ability to convince customers
