Magic Crate - Executive - Business Development (2-4 yrs)
Job Summary:
- Business Development Executives guide customers of Magic Crate in purchases - provide product information to customer & help with product sales, process orders, help track status & provide updates to customers, assist with order processing.
- Warm Calling - Hard core inside sales.
- We expect candidates to have the ability to have pleasant conversations with customers in English & Hindi, Computer skills, good written English & ability to convince customers
- Candidate should have strong attitude, drive to perform, patience, diligence & perseverance
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in evaluating purchase of Magic Crate, provide product details, explain pricing, handle negotiations & close sale.
- Assist customers looking for help on their prior purchase with shipment of box, return issues, missing parts etc.,
- Renew customers looking to buy a new subscription once their previous subscription expires
- Constant follow up with customers requesting for a call back & ensure prompt replies
- Strong drive to deliver monthly sales targets
- Consistent performance month on month on sales numbers.
What will a day in the life look like for a BDE:
You will be working on a flexi-schedule with start time of between 9:30-10:30 am. Shift will end between 6:30- 8 pm depending on start time.
We work alternate Saturdays.
A typical day will require 70 to 80 connected calls.
Our customers are parents of children between the age of 2-14.
A typical call will last 2-4 minutes where you will understand the customer expectation from Magic Crate, convey the product features, benefits & convince them to make the purchase.
Your day will be a mix of talking to customers, following up on past customer orders for tracking & checking on reports.
You will be expected to make 4-5 subscription sales per day.
