MagGenome - Territory Sales Manager (2-5 yrs)
- The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within a designated geographic area by developing and executing sales strategies for biotechnology and life science products. This role involves managing customer relationships, identifying market opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Prospect and acquire new customers through networking, cold calling, and lead generation activities. -
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to address inquiries, concerns, and issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in biotech and life science products.
- Educate customers on the benefits and features of products, providing technical information as needed Develop and execute marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase product visibility.
- Set and meet or exceed sales targets and quotas for the assigned territory.
- Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and sales reports.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales collateral and marketing materials.
- Coordinate with product development and technical support teams to address customer needs.
- Work closely with colleagues in other territories to share best practices and align on corporate goals.
