Responsibilities :
- Providing post-sales support and key account management.
- B2B Sales experience is a must
- Should ensure to increase business organically through multiple services/locations
- Ensuring quality of business and persistency
- To develop, agree and implement short-term and long-term plans to achieve sales targets.
- Identify, cross-sell and Upsell opportunities for existing customers
- Maintain good working relationships with customers.
- Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department.
- Have a good understanding of the business's products or services and be able to advise others about them.
